Would highly recommend! Dinan & his staff are incredibly helpful and the outcome looks phenomenal!

In store they have a good range of options and we were able to effectively discuss different pricing options, depending on the flooring pattern, type of flooring, rooms, etc.

During our process we has a long list of questions, which they always and quickly answered. We had several moments where we needed additional help, for example taking off skirting boards where we were not able to.

We unfortunately found damp in the flat, but Dinan came to measure the damp level in the floors. He made sure we would only lay the wooden floors when dampness was at recommended levels and would not cause any issues down the line.

If there was one thing I would improve is the level of detail the skirting boards were installed. Especially in the corners the team did not work as tidily as the perfectionist in me would have liked them to.

Regardless, definitely would work with them again and recommend to everyone else, too!

I was grateful to receive a polite and most helpful reply to a non-standard query. I will certainly note this company should I have flooring requirements going forward.

Staff from Fairfax Carpet are helpful right from the start, they are really knowledgeable about their products. The woodfloor fitters are professional, thoughtful and helpful. The wood floor is so beautiful The carpet fitters are professional and done a good job. Very high standard. Very happy with the work.
